Printing Medium
Ready to use or concentrated medium, studied for the customer production needs. Vehicles for “Rotocolor” type printing machines, graphic cylinders that use a silicone roller engraved with cells of various sizes, more or less deep and with certain designs. Those Mediums are used to dilute the Save Rollers Engobe (or BACK WASH ENGOBES) who must be print and applied under the tiles using the silicone roller, so to make a print covering effect and what is the back feet tiles protection.
Printing medium for decoration
Special medium for application on non-absorbent/glazed fired surfaces. They have high print quality and strong adhesion to the surface thanks to rapid drying. Designed for every application requirement with high and low threads screen-printing machines, and also for high white base relief effects. Those mediums are also suitable for glass decoration. Deflocculant for body and ceramic glaze
Chemical products capable to change the rehological behaviour of the raw materials while milling; Capable to break the particle size agglomeration, offering an high dispersion properties by improving the blend viscosity to easy the discharge of the mill and to keep control the tixotropy of the slip. They also guarantee viscosity stability by decreasing the thixotropic effect over time (of viscosity increase).
Mark proof agent
Chemical products able to protect the ceramic surface. Soon after the surface treatment it gets a hydrophobic surface easy to be cleaned from any sort of spot or mark.
Binders and rehological modificator
Products with multiple characteristics, which has the main purpose of adjusting or modifying the rheological behaviour of the glazes for a better application on the glazing line. Those can be in liquid or powder form.
